Reformer Flow
Our Reformer Flow class welcomes all levels and has become so loved by our regulars who enjoy a more traditional style of Reformer Pilates. This class is also suitable for beginners and pre- and postnatal clients who have completed our Reformer Foundation classes.
You'll enjoy familiar movements like footwork, feet in straps, and hands in straps.
We provide various spring resistances and layered movements, allowing you to tailor your session to your fitness level and experience. In this class, you will build upon foundational movements and enjoy a slower, nourishing flow that enhances core strength, mobility, and stability. You'll leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and confident on the Reformer.
If you're new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend completing a few Reformer Flow classes before attempting our Active/Jump board classes.
Reformer Active
Our Active class offers a dynamic and challenging workout, perfect for those with intermediate to advanced experience. We focus on functional movements that challenge and enhance your balance and stability.
While some may argue it's not traditional Reformer Pilates, we embrace the innovation! This class is ideal if you're looking to add a playful twist to your Pilates routine. We encourage you to explore your limits and move freely along with the upbeat music.
A variety of layers and spring resistance mean you can tailor the session to your level of fitness and experience.
Our focus is on natural movement patterns and enjoying the experience.
Expect a full-body workout that builds strength, stability, mobility, and balance.

Reformer Jumpboard
Get ready to elevate your workout with our Reformer Jumpboard class!
This high-energy, dynamic class is perfect for those days when you're craving an extra challenge. Designed for intermediate to advanced clients, we'll incorporate bursts of higher intensity movements and strength training sets for a heart-pumping workout.
New to the jump board? Picture yourself lying on the carriage, using your feet to jump away from the springs.
You'll work up a sweat and then finish with a restorative stretch to ground yourself again.
Reformer Stretch
Experience deep relaxation with our Reformer Stretch class. This yoga-inspired class combines breath work, gentle movement, and somatic practices to help you connect with your body and find inner peace.
Through a series of stretches and mindful movements, you'll improve your flexibility, enhance your overall well-being, and leave feeling balanced and aligned.

Senior Springers
If you consider yourself a Senior, then this class is for you.
We'll take you through a 45 minute Reformer Pilates class focusing on strength, mobility, stability, flexibility and balance. You'll meet like-minded Seniors and leave feeling fit and healthy.

Reformer Foundation
Our Foundation class is perfect for you if you're new to Pilates, pre or post-natal, recovering from an injury or if you're experiencing aches or pains or niggles. Think of this small group class as an opportunity for your instructor to get to know you and your body, to best assist you on your Pilates journey.
If you are new, you will be introduced to the Reformer machine and learn the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. We'll guide you to a better understanding of your body, bringing body awareness to optimize your performance on the Reformer. You'll leave feeling more confident and ready to continue your Pilates journey. As a beginner, we recommend taking a few Foundation Flow classes before progressing to our Reformer Flow class.
If you are recovering from an injury, experiencing aches, pains or niggles or you are pre or post-natal, we recommend attending this class so that we can better support and empower you in modifying your movements with confidence when you attend our other classes.
It's always best to check in with your instructor to determine when you're ready to move forward.
