Choose which class feels best for you and your body right now

Foundation Flow

Our Foundation Flow is for all levels and involves your more traditional Reformer Pilates movements.

It is best not only for beginners, but for those returning from some time off exercise due to injury, sickness or a holiday, as well as for pre and post-natal clients and those of you who enjoy a slower, nourishing flow.  

In this class you'll not only learn how to do Reformer Pilates, but you'll continue building on these essential foundational movements.  You'll continue building on your core strength, mobility and stability, 

leaving you feeling strong, grounded and more confident on the Reformer. There's a very good chance you'll do some legs in straps here too. We recommend doing at least 5 of these classes before trying our more challenging classes. This class is suitable for pregnancy and postpartum.

Active Flow

Our Active Flow is our Reformer class for all levels, as long as you have the foundation to Reformer Pilates and the balance and stability for some more challenging movements.

This class is for you if you want the option to spice things up! We offer different spring resistances and layer up movements allowing you to progress your session according to your level of fitness and experience.

This class includes strength, stability, mobility and stretching. You'll leave feeling like you had a strong, full body workout and it will have you coming back for more. 

This class is also suitable for pregnancy and postpartum.

Athletic

Our Athletic class is a super fun, challenging and dynamic class, perfect for those days when you want just a little more! We'll HIIT you with little bursts of higher intensity movements between our strength training sets.

We'll challenge you with a variety of different movements and we may use the jump board for parts of this class too. We'll give you the opportunity to build up a sweaty glow before grounding back down

with your breath for a restorative stretch!

This class is NOT suitable for pregnancy and postpartum.

Stretch classes

Our Stretch and Mobility class is a 45 minute class designed to release tension in the body and to lengthen tight muscles. Your flexibility and mobility will improve and your mind, body and soul will thank you for it. 

Classes end with breathwork leaving you feeling re-energised!  

They're the perfect addition to your weekly workout!! All levels welcome!

Senior Springers

If you consider yourself a Senior, then this class is for you.

We'll take you through a 45 minute Reformer Pilates class focusing on strength, mobility, stability, flexibility and balance. You'll meet like-minded Seniors and leave feeling fit and healthy.
